If you did not receive your Gem after the transaction, please follow these steps:
Check the FAQ and submit the following details to the customer center to claim your purchase.

1. Game of Dice nickname, App Center ID: (you can check your App Center ID in the game's Settings > Profile menu)
2. Google transaction gmail account: Log into Play Store > Click / tap upper left corner to access
3. Brief description of your transaction
(ex. I made of purchase of $0.99 around 9AM PST on February 4, but did not receive my Gem)
4. Transaction Screenshot (Log into the transaction gmail account and capture a screenshot of the relevant purchase history)
